Trap Compatibility & Holder Reference
Use this reference to identify documented physical-fit relationships between Optimize trap cartridges or trap configurations and holder hardware.
A relationship is shown as compatible only when Optimize documentation or validated product information establishes that the cartridge or configuration is intended for that holder. Similar product names, dimensions, connection threads, appearance, branding, or hardware design are not enough to establish compatibility.
This reference is limited to physical fit. It does not determine chemistry suitability, application suitability, operating pressure, flow or load rate, permitted flow direction, reverse-elution capability, regeneration behavior, or whether one product replaces another.
What "Compatible" Means Here
For this page, compatible means that a specific trap cartridge, trap configuration, or documented cartridge family is established to physically fit a specific holder.

OPTI-LYNX™ Micro documentation identifies its two holder styles and establishes that Micro trap cartridges use the same Micro holder hardware. Original OPTI-LYNX™ technical literature separately establishes trap-cartridge use with 11-02225-AA and 11-02226-AA. Current product information and validated project evidence establish the EXP® Trap holder relationships shown above.
Original OPTI-LYNX™ and OPTI-LYNX™ Micro are separate systems. Original OPTI-LYNX™ remains available to order at this time. For ongoing supply needs, contact Optimize Technologies to confirm current availability. Do not assume that Original OPTI-LYNX™ cartridges fit Micro holders, or that Micro cartridges fit Original OPTI-LYNX™ holders.
15-02-05243, EXP® Direct Connect Holder with EXP®2 TI-LOK Fitting, is a separate current product from 15-02-03956, EXP® Direct Connect Holder. Both are confirmed for use with EXP® Trap Column Cartridges. This reference does not establish any other physical relationship between the two holders.
EXP®2 Stem Trap is also a separate current system. Its documented holder relationship does not establish compatibility with EXP®2 Nano Trap hardware.

A holder listed for one OPTI-TRAP™ configuration should not be assumed to fit another configuration unless that relationship is explicitly shown above.

Compatibility with these legacy holders does not establish compatibility with EXP®2 Stem Trap, EXP® Trap, or another current trap family.

An unlisted relationship means that physical compatibility has not been established in this reference. Matching dimensions, thread descriptions, family names, branding, appearance, or similar-looking hardware are not sufficient to confirm fit.
For an unlisted pairing, contact Optimize Technologies with the exact product names and part numbers or SKUs for both components. Optimize can then confirm whether the physical-fit relationship is documented or whether additional technical review is required.
Where Optimize has explicit evidence that a particular pairing is incompatible, that relationship can be identified as such. Absence from the confirmed tables is not an incompatibility statement.
