We remain dedicated to you and are closely monitoring COVID-19 mandates and guidelines. We have implemented proactive measures identified by the CDC and our local health agencies to protect employees from contracting or spreading COVID-19.

Currently, we do not anticipate any service delays or disruptions. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you receive the highest quality service without disruption. At this time, our manufacturing levels remain at full capacity and are maintaining typical, and in some cases, elevated stock levels. As the COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving, we recommend evaluating your needs for Optimize products for the next 2-3 months, and place orders accordingly. Pre-planning will help ensure you receive the necessary products in a timely manner.

We are constantly evaluating our practices and procedures and will adjust to overcome any obstacles that arise. If conditions change or additional action is needed, Optimize will take appropriate measures to inform all employees, customers, distributors and partners.
